Baía Formosa which means beautifull bay is the easternmost city in the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Norte. Baia formosa is about 100 km south of the captal natal It is possible to make this trip almost all the way over the beach with the famous brazilien buggy (vw) This panorama is taken from the highest part of this small city.

Open Question: I need help choosing a DSLR!?

I am not new to photography. I understand all of the basics such as aperture and shutter speed and everything from exposure to depth of field. I have not purchased a DSLR yet and I am beginning to refine my search to about two. The two I had in mind are the Canon Rebel T2i or the Canon EOS 50D.(I tend to stay away from the Nikon side of cameras). I've neer really tried painting before, but I kind of feel like it might be a good way to get my mind off of things. I'm a college student living in the dorms though, and I don't know if oil paint would smell too strong to use in my room. I don't care about the smell, but if the whole building smells like paint people are going to complain. So which one is better for a beginner artist, and if it's oil, how strong is the smell?
