Park In Center Of Palma Next To The Torrent De Sa Riera ,mallorca
This monument is build in memory of the crew which were killed in 1939 when the warship "Baleares" sunk.
The statue is 20 feet high and has the following description Mallorca / a / los héroes / del / crucero
/ Baleares. / Gloria a la / marina / nacional / Viva España".
The park is situated in the center of palma and close to the Passeo Maritimo where the torrent de sa riera finds it way in the bay of palma. The torrent the sa riera is 26 km long and originate in Puigpunyent
