Tour factory ready tours
TourFactory, the world's leader in Real Estate marketing solutions, today announced the ability to incorporate full motion video into their virtual tour platform. These new video capable tours now support the use of still photography, moving panoramic images as well as video clips in a seamless presentation.
"You no longer need a large budget and a production crew to produce a quality, impactful presentation that includes video of the property and the listing agent." Said Herb Dierks, CEO of TourFactory. "We're excited to bring Virtual Tour 2.0 to the real estate community, and even more excited to be able to expand the marketing capabilities of our clients without expanding the cost."
Building upon the acclaimed TourFactory user experience, the new video capable virtual tours open a door for agents to use the right presentation medium for the highlighted feature. By using a combination of still imagery, panoramic photos and video clips the complete presentation becomes a reality. "We aren't thinking video vs. photos. We are using the great strengths of both to simultaneously present the property and the agent."
"Even though we are presenting agents with the option to upload their own video clips, we are expecting a tremendous demand on our photographer/videographer network for professionally recorded clips as well, and we are working aggressively to train and expand our network to keep up with demand."
The new video capable tours do not require complicated or expensive video editing software. Re-arranging clips and adding audio takes seconds. All existing TourFactory virtual tours are now fully video ready, allowing existing customers to start adding video clips immediately.

Virtual Tours for realestate
A ground-breaking way to deliver property listings using social media, smart phones and video channels, VirtualTourCafe, will be launched at the National Association of Realtors Convention and Expo November 5-8, 2010 in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Tim Denbo, President and CEO of VirtualTourCafe, co-founded the company to provide an inexpensive way for real estate professionals to use current technology as a tool. “Recent statistics show that 90% of home buyers are starting their search online,” according to Denbo. VirtualTourCafe is an automated marketing service that has social media integration and other technologies such as YouTube, high-definition virtual tours and e-flyers.
To begin, a user uploads images of the property or emails the images with Easy-Pics™ Image Uploading. The user can then decide if he or she would prefer the “Do It Yourself” method or having the virtual assistant, MyCafeButler™, complete the process. The real estate agent can choose from different marketing services what suits the needs of the seller best. The services included are:
• Full Screen HD Virtual Tour of the property
• Printer-Friendly Virtual e-Flyer with hyper links to a slide slow
• One-click HD Video creation
• Social Media Integration
• MyCafeBlast™ which allows online advertising to dozens of sites
• SlideShowEditor™ which includes custom templates, video designer, keyword editor and optimization, and many more
VirtualTourCafe is a great way for real estate professionals to feel empowered with easy to use and affordable technology. It is a one-stop marketing shop for real estate agents and brokers.

Google Street View has captured images of two dead bodies in Brazil only days after launching in the country.
The pictures have been removed from Google Maps website, but not before they were copied by Brazilian online news portal G1 and numerous other news websites.
One image shows a body covered by black plastic on a street corner in Belo Horizonte, as police hold back a crowd of onlookers.
The second picture shows a body lying at the edge of a major avenue in Rio de Janeiro as cars drive past, but with no police or other bystanders visible.
Google said the image will be removed or distorted so that the body is not obvious, G1 reported.
Crime is a major issue in Brazil, particularly in larger cities, with murder, carjacking and armed assault common offences, according to the Overseas Security Advisory Council.
United Nations statistics reveal there were 48,000 homicides recorded in Brazil in 2007, down from a peak of 51,000 in 2003.
Google Street View, which allows users to take virtual tours of cities around the world, launched in Brazil last Thursday.
Brazil is the first South American country to have the service.
